All of our breads are handmade using Stoneground Organic British & French flours. We use a variety of different methods to produce our doughs including “Pain au Levain”, “Polish”, and yeast free “Sour Dough Starters”. We believe producing breads in the natural way using just flour, salt and water, with no preservatives over a long proving period gives the best natural loaf. Working this way we find those who experience numerous digestive problems, find their symptoms less troublesome. All of our breads are vegan, except for our Challah.
