Monday- Five seeded wholemeal (Wholemeal, Strong White flours)
Tuesday– White spelt sourdough (White Spelt flour) and wholemeal and rye seeded sourdough (Meduim Rye, Wholemeal flours)
Wednesday– German Rye (sourdough starter / Dark Rye flour) and Gluten Free (we will only make gluten-free if its requested the day before) (Potato, Tapioca, Rice Flours)
Thursday – Black olive and thyme sourdough (Strong white flour)
Friday– Poppy seed or seasme seed challah Bread, and sweet potato paprika sourdough (Strong white flour)
Saturday– Lemon Provence (Strong white flour) and Prince quarter bread (White, Wholemeal, Spelt & Rye flour)
Sunday– Beetroot and black pepper sourdough (Strong white flour)
The only bread we make that is 100% gluten free is our gluten free bread. However we cannot guarantee it has not come into contact with any other types of flour. Please phone our shops Tuesday if you would like to order some gluten free bread or come in during the week to order it. Thank you.
