Frequently asked questions
What days are you open? We are open 7 days a week to eat in, takeaway and our click and collect service. Ferndown is closed on Sundays at the moment.
I ordered today, will my order be ready tomorrow? If you ordered before 2pm today, your order will be ready for collection tomorrow, after 2pm it will be ready the day after tomorrow.
I want to order for a week's time, how do I do this on your website? We don't have an option currently to select which day you would like your order for, as we are unable to process orders a few days/week in advance. If you placed a click and collect order before 2pm today, it will be available tomorrow for collection. Thank you.
How can I request a special made to order cake? The easiest way to order is to book with your nearest shop and pay in advance. If you are unable to come in, you can email hello@lepetitprince.co.uk to discuss what you are looking for and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please place your order at your nearest shop at least 4 days in advance of when you would like your cake.
