Frequently asked questions
What days are you open? We are open 7 days a week to eat in, takeaway and our click and collect service.
I ordered today, will my order be ready tomorrow? If you ordered before 2pm today, your order will be ready for collection tomorrow, after 2pm it will be ready the day after tomorrow. We only deliver on Fridays.
I want to order for a week's time, how do I do this on your website? We don't have an option currently to select which day you would like your order for, as we are unable to process orders a few days/week in advance. If you placed a click and collect order before 2pm today, it will be available tomorrow for collection and any order placed for delivery will be delivered on Fridays. Thank you.
How can I request a special made to order cake? Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss what you are looking for and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please email us at least 3 days in advance of when you would like your cake.
I received an email saying my order was being processed and I can collect tomorrow from Westbourne, I made a mistake and meant Wimborne. How do I change this? No problem, please email email@example.com or call your nearest shop and speak to our team.
Is my postcode within your delivery zone? We are happy to deliver orders over £15 if you live within 3 miles of one of our cafés. Deliveries are made in the mornings. Please scroll to the bottom of the page to see our delivery map. If you are unsure please feel free to contact us.
